So its that time of year again where Subway hands out awards to its staff of employees. Above is a pic of the room where the awards are given out.
Gary won 3 awards this year. Last year he won only one. First up is the High Achiever Award this is given out each quarter. Its basically given to the store manager who beats their own sales and projections. Next award is not seen as it is a plaque hung and kept inside the store. Gary made Model Subway. Basically means his Subway was all up to code and is a Model example of what a Subway restaurant should be. Third he won Customer Service Award for 2012. He also won this award in 2011. You basically have to go an entire year without any guest complaints.
He also got $100 cash!! Way to go Gary!!! He worked for Cracker Barrel for almost 10 yrs and never got one pat on the back, one thank you, one well done, or one award. He's only worked for Subway for 2 yrs and look at all the awards he's already won. If you remember when he worked for Red Lobster you'll also remember how many awards he won for running that store. Difference in companies that Actually CARE about employees. I'm sorry we don't miss Cracker Barrel one bit. They might be a "family" restaurant but they are not "family" when you are employed by them. So proud of my husband.
