Apple Pie

Even in FL we love the fall. So apples were on sale at Target for $2.19 a bag. I think it was suppose to be a pound but their mistake our gain!!

The kids and I ate apples and then still had plenty left over for a pie. So I did it rustic style with the skin on. I love the colors!

I remember going to pick apples each Sept/Oct in Illinois. Love this cute little bag they came in.

Wow, I could of made 2 pies. Oh well, this was a hearty pie!!!

I tried to make a little apple in the center out of the dough. We had this over ice cream! Yum!!! Happy Fall!
